2bn is a woman-owned construction company headquartered just outside of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania along with an office in Atlanta, GA.  Our aim is not just to be a turnkey general and specialty sub-contractor, but to become a full partner throughout the project. From beginning design to concept completion, we provide pre-construction services such as design, project management, and drafting.  As a full general contractor along with a specialty emphasis on metal and wood fabrication and installations, our team is the right fit for your project. 2bn Contracting was founded in 2021 by Theresa Ortiz, who has over 20 years of experience in the commercial construction industry, including 12 years as a project manager. She started her career with a degree in Architectural CADD, but soon realized that her true passion lay in construction management. As a woman working in the field, Theresa saw firsthand the need for women and minority-owned suppliers and subcontractors. She wanted to help others achieve their full potential, so she decided to create her own consulting and contracting business. The mission of 2bn Contracting is to provide reliable services to the construction industry while also creating opportunities for women, minorities, and the disadvantaged. Theresa understands the struggles of making it in an industry where women are underrepresented, and she wants to use her experience to help others find their strengths and achieve success.

THE MISSION OF 2BN CONTRACTING IS TO SERVE THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY AS A PROVIDER OF DBE, WBE AND WOSB SERVICES TO PUBLIC AND PRIVATE ESTABLISHMENTS TO OBTAIN ACCESS TO LOCAL, STATE AND FEDERAL OPPORTUNITIES.
