Service Account Representative


Reports To:

General Manager Service

Summary of Position:

The Account Representative generates profitable business in our market while maintaining the McKamish Vision and Values.  This position has an emphasis is on new Service Contracts, however coordination on “pull through” work are important to managing the client’s needs. Learn all facets of The Company’s sales process to become productive and self-sufficient. 

Major Activities:

Cradle-to-Grave account management

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Establish Strategies for new sales opportunities

Manage the “total” sales process, including client file maintenance

Team oriented with the success of the Company and customer satisfaction as the main objectives.

Surveys and Pricing

Account Expansion of existing clients

Job Requirements

Working knowledge of Windows & Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, & Outlook)

Demonstrate collaboration, negotiation and influencing skills. Ability to work under pressure

HVAC & Plumbing System Knowledge

Business to Business sales, 5+ years

HVAC background preferred
